The hot water or steam produced in the vacuum gas-fired hot water boiler can directly provide the heat energy needed by industrial production and people's life, or it can be converted into mechanical energy by steam power plant or converted into electric energy by generator.
 
The following two methods can improve the steam temperature of vacuum gas-fired hot water boiler:
 
1. Adjust the steam temperature from the steam side. It changes the heat absorption rate on the steam side to maintain the rated outlet temperature. At present, the boiler is mainly regulated by spray desuperheater.
 
The adjustment method is relatively simple, mainly based on the superheater temperature, appropriately open or close the corresponding superheated water control valve, and change the amount of superheated water entering the superheater. When the temperature rises, a large regulating valve should be opened to increase the overheated cooling water. Otherwise, the small adjuster should be closed until it is closed.
 
2. Adjust the temperature from the side of flue gas. It regulates the temperature change by regulating the amount of flue gas flowing into the superheater, that is, the flow rate of flue gas and the temperature of flue gas, so as to adjust the heat absorption rate of the superheater.
