3. The user can set the start-up and shutdown time. After the setting, no special person is required to be on duty, which saves labor and labor.

4. The boiler is designed according to the atmospheric pressure furnace, and the top of the furnace body is provided with an air vent, so the boiler is in a non pressure state and there is no explosion risk.

5. The vertical steam boiler adopts the mode of burner down position and two-way structure, with sufficient fuel combustion and stable operation of the boiler; there are spoiler inserted in the flue pipe to slow down the smoke exhaust speed and increase the heat exchange. The boiler has high thermal efficiency and reduces the user's use cost.

6. The horizontal steam boiler is a shell type full wet back forward flow three-way pyrotechnic pipe structure. The flame burns in the large combustion chamber with micro positive pressure, fully extends, low combustion heat load and high combustion thermal efficiency, effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature, saves energy and reduces consumption, and is economical in use. The structure of corrugated furnace liner and spiral smoke pipe not only improves the heat absorption strength of the boiler, but also meets the needs of heat expansion of the heat exchange surface. It is scientific and reasonable and durable.

There are two maintenance methods for vertical oil fired boiler when it is not in use for a long time: dry method and wet method. Dry maintenance method should be adopted when the boiler is shut down for more than one month, and wet maintenance method can be adopted for boiler shutdown less than one month.

1. Dry maintenance method: after the boiler is shut down, the boiler water shall be discharged, the internal dirt shall be thoroughly cleaned, and the furnace shall be dried with low fire (attention shall be paid to no fire), and then the block quicklime with the diameter of 10-30 mm shall be packed in plates and placed in the drum to prevent the quick lime from contacting with metal. The weight of quicklime shall be calculated based on the volume of the drum of 8 kg / m3 The manhole and handhole pipe valves of the boiler shall be closed and inspected once every three months. If the quicklime is broken, it shall be replaced immediately. The quicklime and tray shall be taken out when the boiler is put into operation again.

2. Wet maintenance method: after the boiler is shut down, drain the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, rinse it, refill the treated water until it is full, heat the boiler water to 100 ℃, let the gas in the water drain out of the furnace, and then close all valves. Do not use the moisturizing method in cold places to prevent the boiler water from freezing and damaging the boiler.

The high-speed spray of fuel oil in the vertical boiler makes use of the high-speed steam injection of fuel oil. The nozzle head consists of oil hole, steam hole and mixing hole to form a Y-shaped arrangement. The oil pressure is 0.5-2 MPa and the steam pressure is 0.6-1 MPa. The oil and steam enter into the mixing hole and collide with each other to form an emulsified oil vapor mixture, which is then sprayed into the furnace by the mixing hole to form an atomization torch. In terms of regulation, the steam pressure is maintained unchanged and the oil pressure is adjusted to change the fuel injection quantity. The oil burner is composed of two parts: the oil nozzle and the air regulator. The former is used to form the fuel oil injected into the furnace into the atomization torch; the latter is to supply the oil droplets in the atomizing torch with appropriate amount of air. In order to avoid hydrocarbon cracking and producing carbon black particles which are difficult to burn out when the oil vapor evaporated from atomized oil droplets is anoxic above 700 ℃, a part of air and oil mist must be premixed to oxidize the oil and gas without cracking. Therefore, the air conditioner can be designed as a volute or equipped with a guide vane with adjustable opening to rotate the air, and then the rotary air flow is ejected from the circular pipe in the center of the volute to mix well with the atomizing oil torch. Oil burners, such as pulverized coal burners, can be arranged on the front wall, front and rear walls, furnace top or four corners of the furnace. According to the capacity of the boiler, each boiler can be equipped with 8-40 oil burners.
