Gas fired hot water boiler has the remarkable characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, safety and automatic operation, which is very convenient to use. According to the structure, it can be divided into vertical gas-fired hot-water boiler and horizontal gas-fired hot-water boiler; according to its use, it can be divided into gas-fired heating hot-water boiler and gas-fired bathing hot-water boiler; according to its structure, it can be divided into normal pressure gas-fired hot-water boiler and pressure gas-fired hot-water boiler; according to fuel, it can be divided into natural gas-fired hot-water boiler, urban gas-fired hot-water boiler, biogas hot-water boiler, liquefied gas-fired hot.

The structure of horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler is usually shell type three return, full wet back structure. All pressure components are symmetrical with the center of the drum. The boiler adopts full wet back structure. The structure of large inner cylinder and eccentric fire box is conducive to the expansion of sufficient radiation heating surface. The convective heating surface consists of two-way and three-way tube bundles. The front tubesheet of the reburning chamber is connected with the furnace liner, and the back tubesheet of the reburning chamber adopts ellipsoidal head and tubesheet. The smoke chamber of the second return and the third return forms the front smoke box, and the smoke temperature is lower than 500 ℃. Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box is made of fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials with light structure. The flue gas outlet of the back flue gas box is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, which can not only shorten the length of the furnace body, but also prevent the stack from being placed in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, which will corrode the boiler body when the boiler starts and stops. The main principle of boiler maintenance and maintenance is considered. A water mixing device is set in the inlet of boiler return water. The return water first washes the flue pipe bundle, and then contacts the furnace bladder, which improves the water temperature of the backwater contacting the furnace liner. The phenomenon of local subcooled boiling is avoided.

Industrial boiler is one of the most commonly used equipment in the field of industrial production. However, if the boiler water contains hardness salts, such as calcium and magnesium ions, it will form scale on the heating surface of the boiler, thus reducing the thermal efficiency of the boiler, increasing fuel consumption, and even causing local overheating to damage parts and causing explosion. Therefore, the water quality of industrial boilers should be softened or desalted. (generally speaking, water with hardness less than 1 is called soft water, water between 1 and 10 is generally called hard water, and water with hardness more than 10 is often called high hard water). In China's industrial boilers, the boiler failure rate is 25% due to water quality problems. This is because of the complex operation, poor reliability and high failure rate of the traditional softened water treatment equipment. The equipment has been in abnormal working state for a long time, and the water quality is not guaranteed. Therefore, the boiler failure rate is high and the service life is short.

The gas burner structure consists of the following five systems:

1. Air supply system the function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and air volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper baffle, cam adjusting mechanism and diffusion plate.

2. Ignition system the function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel. Its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, high-voltage electric fire cable.

3. The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner. Its main components include flame monitor, pressure monitor, temperature monitor, etc.

4. Fuel system the function of fuel system is to ensure the fuel required for burner combustion. The fuel system of oil burner mainly includes: oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle and heavy oil preheater. Gas burner mainly includes filter, pressure regulator, solenoid valve group, ignition solenoid valve group and fuel butterfly valve.

5. Electric control system the electric control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller. Different program controllers are equipped for different burners. The common programmable controllers are LFL series, LAL series, loa series and LGB series. The main difference is that the time of each program step is different.
