It is an assembled forced circulation vertical oil (gas) boiler. The heating surface of this series of boilers is compact in structure. The heating surface is composed of internal and external closely arranged disks. The inner coil tube is a radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of the outer coil tube and the inner tube form a convective heating surface. The boiler is composed of upper body and lower combustion chamber, which is combined on site. After the combustion is fully burned in the combustion chamber, after the radiation heating surface absorbs most of the heat, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, the air required for boiler combustion is heated in the air preheater, and then the flue gas is sent to the chimney and discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan through the dust collector

Product characteristics of gas heat conduction oil furnace:

Accident of gas heat conducting oil furnace:

The main danger of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace is fire. Once the heat transfer oil leaks from the heating system of the gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace, it will be ignited or self ignited due to its high temperature and contact with or close to the flame. In addition, the gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace will also explode due to water in the heat-conducting oil.

To prevent the accidents of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace, it is necessary to start from two aspects of equipment and medium at the same time, one is to make the equipment have enough strength and tightness, and the other is to make the heat-transfer oil not overheated and deteriorated during heating, and normal flow and heat exchange. There are mainly:

1. The gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace used shall be the qualified products of China's designated manufacturers.

2. The installation of heat supply system of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace shall be completed by the manufacturer or fixed-point installation unit, and the quality shall be qualified and conform to the regulations.

3. The installation of heat supply system of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace shall be completed by the manufacturer or fixed-point installation unit, and the quality shall be qualified and conform to the regulations.

4. The supplier of heat transfer oil shall provide the physical and chemical performance data of heat transfer oil, which shall meet the requirements of Chinese standards. The heat transfer oil should be tested once a year in use and replaced or regenerated in time if problems are found.

5. During the start-up of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace, air, steam and light components should be fully discharged. During operation, the flow rate of heat transfer oil should be maintained at a high enough level to prevent pump shutdown due to power failure, so as to avoid overheating and coking or carbon deposition of heat transfer oil. The filter should be cleaned regularly.

6. The safety devices of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace and heating system shall be complete and intact, and the over temperature and overpressure protection devices shall be sensitive and reliable.
